EXHIBITOR LOAD IN

• Fairgrounds open to walk-on exhibitors beginning at 7AM (you may come later, but must be completely set up by 10:45AM). Check-in with staff at any entrance.

• For exhibitors driving onto the fairgrounds, you will be assigned one of 2 entrances AND one of 2 entry times (7AM or 8AM). Click here to see times. This stagger in timing is to give exhibitors more spaciousness and less backed-up traffic. Thank you for your attention and patience.

IF YOUR SPACE IS BETWEEN 8TH & 11TH (F1 - F96), ENTER FOLSOM STREET AT 8TH:

• Cars line up in the right-side traffic lane on 8th to turn right onto Folsom Street (against one-way sign) 

• Exhibitor team will assist your entry onto Folsom Street 

IF YOUR SPACE IS BETWEEN 11TH & 13TH (F97 - F182) ENTER FOLSOM STREET AT 13TH:

• Cars line up in the right-side traffic lane on 13th to turn right onto Folsom Street.  

• Exhibitor team will assist your entry onto Folsom Street 

• You must be in the check-in line by 8:50AM; if you are not your reservation will be canceled with no refund. If you are in line, you will be let in. 

• A passenger from your vehicle is expected to walk alongside your vehicle to your space. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR THIS. If this is not possible, we will supply a volunteer to do so, but please understand this may cause a delay. Vehicles on the fairgrounds may travel no faster than your walking companion. 

• If you requested a booth structure, table or chairs, they will be onsite and ready for you to set up your space.

• No electricity will be provided.

• Gas generators and amplified sound are not permitted at your booth space.

• You are expected to unload your vehicle, then move it off the fairgrounds BEFORE setting up your booth.

• You must have your vehicle off the fairgrounds by 9:30AM. Exit slowly. See the attached map for your exit.

• PARKING: Street parking is available, though you will be lucky to find it. We recommend booking parking in advance through SpotHero to find parking lots by distance and price. In any case, we recommend not leaving anything of value in your vehicle.

• Setup should be complete by 10:45AM. 

EXHIBITOR LOAD OUT

• Teardown at the end of day begins at 6:00PM and must be complete by 7:30PM

• Vehicles are allowed back on the fairgrounds only when event security and SFPD declare that it is safe for them to enter (usually around 7:00PM.) 

• Return to the fairgrounds through the same intersection you entered in the morning to be walked to your space, following instructions of Folsom Street staff.
